 "My main topic this past year has been landscapes, I have used many different types of media and have been inspired by many different artists.

Recently I have been inspired by the artist Jess Franks. She paints landscapes but in a very unique, semi-abstract style. 

This original painting is from one of my own landscape photographs but in the style of Jess Franks.  I have really enjoyed doing this painting because you can be really free with the paints as it is so expressive."
